I was looking for the Manuel Transmission meme below

And got auto-corrected to searching for “manual transmission meme” instead...so many are cringey. Here are just the first 4 in the list.

Haha...I saw that one as a thumbnail and just assumed it was actually a three on the tree. That’s one where it’s a toss up whether the creator was being humorous or serious.

My little brother and his friends unironically pronounce them as “mee-mees” and will argue with you aggressively when you try to correct them. They uh.....they have very few acquaintances at their school.

You can see the PRNDL on the dash...clearly just a column lever for an auto. Also, it looks like an early 90s Ford which definitely never came with a column shift manual.

I’ve driven one in my life. My grandparents’ mid 80s F-150 SuperCab longbed with dual tanks and a 302 . Nineteen and one-half feet long. It got to 60 eventually. It had a turning circle only a couple feet smaller than the USS Nimitz. It was an “experience” both to drive and at the gas stations that it refused to pass.
